TPC is the “Retainer Consultant” to Telangana State Tourism Development Corporation Limited
(TSTDC), Government of Telangana State for the past few years. Some of the achievements include:
Structuring 25+ Projects on O&M basis and was able to attract national level hospitality brands to
operate the properties of Telangana Tourism.
Conceptualised and created Shelf Mega Tourism Projects with an outlay of more than 5,000
crore private investment
Supported TSTDC in obtaining prestigious National / International awards
Helped in availing grants from Government of India schemes towards development of
tourism infrastructure across the state
Supported in creating policy frameworks
TPC is offering “Independent Engineer Services”, "Independent Expert Services" and “Transaction
Advisory Services” to Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA), Government of
Telangana State since last few years. Our key projects include: Supported in implementation and operationalization of
Two Logistic Parks on PPP basis
Helped in conceptualising few Urban Eco Parks
Transaction Advisory Services for Development of India’s biggest Aquamarine Park and other leisure and adventure components
Supported in conceptualization of Glamping Sites in Urban Forest Areas
TPC is also providing “Transaction Advisory Services” to National Fisheries Development Board (NFDB) towards development of Coastal Aquaculture facilities at Andhra Pradesh on PPP Mode
TPC was instrumental in selection of Master Planning, Architectural and Engineering Consultant for development of India’s biggest fruit and vegetable market at Koheda with international standards.
TPC has closely worked with Shilparamam Arts Crafts and Cultural Society (SACCS) in selection of a private player for Setting up of International Food Courts along with other Retail Branded Outlets at Night Bazaar Annexe, Shilparamam, Hyderabad
TPC is providing technical support in the form of PPP Expert, Legal Expert and Bid Process Expert to ‘Urban Mass Transit Company Limited’ (UMTC) for the Development of Multi Fuel Stations & Wayside Amenities at ORR Interchanges on PPP Mode on ORR at Hyderabad in Telangana for ‘Hyderabad Growth Corridor Limited’ (HGCL).
TPC has extended ‘Consultancy Services’ to the National Institute of Tourism & Hospitality Management (NITHM) for the ‘Restructuring’ of 4 Star Hotel Project at NITHM.
TPC has conceptualised the Redevelopment of “Modern Abattoir Facility (MAF)” at Chengicherla, Hyderabad so as to provide Wholesome and Hygienic Meat and Beef to Urban Agglomeration of Hyderabad Metropolitan City and avoid adverse environmental impacts.
